Booking & Payments

How do I book a workshop?

You can book a workshop directly through our website by selecting your preferred workshop, date, and time. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due on the day of the workshop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayLah!, PayNow, GrabPay and cash!

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

The $20 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For no-shows, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking once if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Before Your Workshop

Do I need to bring anything?

No, all materials and tools are provided! Just bring your creativity and enthusiasm.

Do I need any experience to join a workshop?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced crafters. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

How long does a workshop last?

Our workshops are normally 1-2 hours long. You can find more specific duration details on each workshop's individual page.

Are kids welcome to join?

Yes! Our workshops are suitable for all ages. We welcome both adults and children to join in the fun.

What if I am late for my session?

Our workshops are session-based and begin promptly. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get settled. If you are late, we may not be able to extend the session, and you may miss important instructions.

Corporate & Private Events

Can we book a workshop for a private party or corporate team-building event?

Yes, absolutely! Our workshops are a fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion or boost team morale. We can accommodate private bookings for groups of any size. Please contact us for more information!

What is the minimum and maximum number of participants for a private event?

We offer special rates for groups of 20 or more. For larger events, we can accommodate groups of up to 40 participants at our studio. For a more personalised quote, please contact us with your group size.

Do you offer offsite workshops?

Yes, we can bring the creativity to you! Our workshops can be held at a location of your choice, such as your office or an event space. Please note that offsite fees may apply.

How far in advance should we book a corporate event?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to give us enough time to prepare all the materials and ensure we can accommodate your preferred date and time.

Can we customize the workshop for our team?

Yes! We're happy to work with you to create a unique and memorable experience. We can discuss custom projects, themes, or colours to match your event's theme or company branding.

After Your Workshop

Can I take my finished creation home?

Absolutely! You get to take home everything you create during the workshop.

How do I care for my finished piece?

Your instructor will give you specific care tips for your creation to ensure it lasts. For example, candles will come with burning instructions, while your Moru Doll will have tips to keep it looking great.

How can I share my experience and finished piece?

We'd love to see your creations! Feel free to post photos on social media and tag us at @inakraftstudio. We also appreciate any reviews or feedback you'd like to leave on Google.
