BOOKING POLICY

Booking Deposit

To secure your spot, a $20 non-refundable deposit per booking is required. This deposit will be applied towards your final balance, with the remaining amount due on the day of your workshop.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your workshop once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your $20 deposit will be transferred to your new booking date. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the $20 deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, your $20 deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Punctuality

Our workshops are session-based and begin promptly at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled. If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend the session time, and you may miss key steps or instructions. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for time lost due to lateness.
